Summer passes quickly, but the taste of what we experienced pleasantly in the travel season we want to stay with us for a long time. For this reason, we decided to dwell on the benefits that local gastronomic events, organized with increasing success in our ecotourism destinations, bring to the memory of the guests but also to the hosts who prepare them. For this, we travel to Țara Dornelor, one of Romania’s five certified ecotourism destinations, which organized the fourth local eco-brunch in June of this year, with great popularity among the public and the host communities.
