Located in western Romania, the Craiului Forest is part of the Apuseni mountains. It is a destination easily accessible by car on the E60 and DN76 roads, but also by train in the Bratca – Șuncuiuș – Vadu Crișului area, on the railway line between Cluj-Napoca and Oradea. Also, the destination is at a relatively short distance from the airports of Oradea, Cluj Napoca and Debrecen.
