\u0162ara Dornelor Ecotourism Association<\/h3>\n

The mission of the \u0162ara Dornelor Ecotourism Association (AETD) is to promote the concept of ecotourism and develop ecotourism in the area by promoting nature and local culture as essential elements of the tourist image of \u021aara Dornelor, but also by developing ecotourism activities. These aim to support nature conservation, develop ecotourism services and enhance the tourist attractiveness of the area and the sustainable development of local human communities. As a Destination Management Unit (UMD), AETD coordinates and supports, at local level, the efforts of those directly or indirectly involved in tourism activities to achieve the goal of local economic development through ecotourism.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Retezat Tourism Association<\/h3>\n

The purpose of the Retezat Tourism Association (ATR), established in 2007, is to develop and promote sustainable tourism in \u0162ara Ha\u021begului – Retezat National Park, which will bring economic benefits to the area and contribute to the conservation and protection of natural, historical, cultural and traditional values. Since 2015, ATR has been the management unit of the Ecotourism Destination \u021aara Ha\u021begului – Retezat, a structure certified by the Ministry of Tourism in 2016. \u021aara Ha\u021begului – Retezat ecotourism destination covers three of the most important tourist areas in Romania – \u021aara Ha\u021begului Dinosaur Geopark and Retezat National Park, both having UNESCO international recognition, as well as part of another large protected area, namely Gr\u0103distea Muncelului – Cioclovina Natural Park . The attractiveness of the area is given by the multitude of natural, historical and cultural sites, but also by the over 40 hiking or cycling routes, the cycling ones being recognised by the Ministry of Tourism for the first time. The ecotourism destination \u021aara Ha\u021begului – Retezat aims to offer visitors a unique experience through ecotourism products and services at the highest standards, but also by promoting a responsible attitude towards the environment and the local community.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

M\u0103gura Ecotourism Association<\/h3>\n

The aim of the association is to promote the concept of ecotourism and to develop ecotourism in support of nature conservation, of the sustainable development of the local community in M\u0103gura village, an area with natural values. It also aims to increase the quality of ecotourism services. The association was recently established and has not been active until now.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
